Terms and Conditions

Payment:

All prices are non-negotiable and are based on the style and size of your cake. Payment for celebration cakes, cupcakes, brownies and other treats must be made to confirm your order. Wedding cakes require a £50 deposit to secure your date and final payment must be made 6 weeks before your wedding day. 

Design:

All my cakes are unique therefore designs may vary. I am happy for you to send me pictures of other cakes that I can use for inspiration but I do not copy cakes. Please note that some pictures of cakes online have been edited therefore colours can look different, I will match colours as closely as possible. If your design requires fresh flowers, please collect on the day of consuming.

Allergies and dietary requirements:

All of my cakes are made in a kitchen where nuts, peanuts, wheat (gluten), eggs, soya and milk are used so I cannot guarantee that my cakes will be free from these ingredients. Please make me aware of any allergies/dietary requirements.

Non-edible items:

Some cakes may contain non edible items such as, dowels, cake boards, cocktail sticks, straws, flowers, flower tape etc. It is your responsibility to remove these items before serving your cake.

Transportation and Damage:

All celebration cakes and other treats must be collected from my address in Plymouth. Please transport your cake in the boot or footwell of your car and turn the air conditioning on. Pick the cake up from the bottom of the box, do not tilt the cake. Once the cake has left my premises I am not responsible for any damage caused. 

Portion Guide:

My portion guide is an approximation; the number of servings may vary depending on how the cake is cut. 

Best Before:

As my cakes have no added preservatives they will not have the extended shelf-life that some supermarket cakes may have. All cakes are baked so that they are fresh for your event. I recommend you eat your cake within 3 days, I cannot guarantee the quality of your cake after that time.
